Novoe grecheskoe imia egipetskogo boga v rimskom Memfise [New Greek name of an Egyptian god in Roman Memphis]

In the article, a papyrus document from Memphis presenting a receipt of a leased ship is considered. Based on the text analysis, it is concluded that the ship was used for collecting fertile silt, which served as a fertiliser for vineyards and fruit gardens, near the shores on the Nile. The name of the deity, after whom the ship was called, have not been previously known to scholars. However, the author suggests that it is a Greek version of the name or epithet of Nefertem, ancient Egyptian god of perfumes and smells.
